Backburner Art #12h- Rain World: The Watcher (Saint)

So apparently this and the previous piece of Completion Art had been planned to be simple, to an extent.

Saint is in the Void Sea. He was originally planned to be in a white void, with some overlays of the visited regions being plastered around, but I felt like putting him on a black background.

I did make the glowing lights white, but I then put a color blend mode over the picture (removed it from the Karma, lightly applied it to Saint), which makes the glowing lights look yellow again.

Speaking of the Karma symbol, it was originally supposed to be yellow, but I feel like the VHS-style distortion works better with white, which was part of what convinced me to put Saint in the void sea.

Saint is in their Attunement pose, with their eyes glowing the way it does.

In my first idea, I had planned to have Moon and Pebbles' heads in the bottom left & right of the picture, respectively. Almost as if they're right beside you. Then, when I put the scene into the Void Sea, I thought about putting a Void Worm in here, but I didn't know how to make it not look noticeable without compromising the picture. So the Saint is just there, lonely except for all those lights behind them.
