Backlog Art #11- Super Mario 64
Yet again, filters can help out immensely.

I quite enjoyed my time with this game, even despite the very few extremely frustrating stars.
First off, yes I used some filters again. I don't remember exactly which ones, but I was trying to do something similar to the Luigi's Mansion piece that I did (since paintings are quite important in this game). I also included the painting border & another stylistic signature.
I think I did quite an excellent job with the textures of both the ground & the sky, and honestly with the filters they look even better than I could've imagined.
The one thing I really wanted to talk about here is Bowser. I wanted to do him justice, since he looked kinda weird in my first piece (Super Mario RPG), and I think I succeeded there. With his pose and his better looks, he actually looks a bit menacing here (well, as menacing as my art can make him look). I think the filters help give off that vibe, due to messing with the colors a bit.
