Backlog Art #13- Plants vs. Zombies
Why does Bhuster look so small in that window?

This game was a childhood classic for me, and honestly it still holds well to this day.
I believe I used a vanishing point here. I tried to get the garden grid to look as it did in-game, which I think I mostly succeeded with. I think the peashooter should be a bit smaller, but the other two plants look pretty good, especially the Wall-nut.
The house looks a bit bland, and I didn't really add in the patio that has all of the lawnmowers, welcome mat, and such. The fences on the sides could've used a bit more work, like making the horizontal beam jut out a bit. The window with Bhuster inside is alright, I like how I did the glass, but Bhuster just looks like he's a small toddler, which further contributes to the small bit of warped perspective here.
The zombies look like individual nut sacks, which wasn't the plan obviously, but I really should've done better. The zombie I've been dubbing the "Hipster-Emo Zombie" looks alright, but that's about all I can say about that.
The faint yellowish tinted bloom effect on the edges of the picture helps with the aesthetic of the pic, I think. It looks nice to me.
