Backlog Art #2- Legend of Zelda
My first bit of art where I learned how to use gradients effectively.

Another old one (it'll take a while before I reach the recent stuff), but there's more that I like about this one unlike the last one.
I like how I did the background, I believe I was testing the Assistant Tool in my art program, Krita. It was just a simple vanishing point, but it works well here. Link himself also looks pretty good here. Some parts one can consider a bit wonky, but I feel like it works for him (something that can't be said for someone else in this drawing), especially considering that it's the first game, released on the NES, so of course things will look a bit weird.
The old man robber I'm actually proud of. He does look like the sprite, and his rupeebag is a nice touch to his whole character. The only problem I have with this piece is the Wizzrobe. He just looks too off, I could've done more to help him look better, especially regarding that face and his orb-hands.
Other than that, this is a solid piece.
