Party Art #1h- Mario Party (Eternal Star)
My second favorite piece I've ever made.
Being the last board, I had to do the max amount of turns here. It was tense, extremely tense, and oh-my-god tense, but somehow I won. Fittingly, this piece I think is the best out of all these Party Arts so far.
These are the best drawings I've done of these characters yet. Tinker is slowly drifting towards the star, Brustle is reaching out for the star, Winchester is diving towards the star, and Libra is frantically swimming towards the star. I even drew Libra actually looking through her shades, and it looks pretty cute.
The Star everyone's diving for is one of my best Mario stars yet. Quite perfect. The same can't exactly be said for the Eternal Star, however. No, it's not due to the broken nature of it, I'm referring to the shape that it will make when it's put back together. I should've figured out a better way to draw stars that don't have abnormally long limbs. It gets the job done though.
The background, much like the characters, is probably the best one I've drawn yet. The Spriter's Resource (the site I use to get color references & regular references) had just the background for this board, without the Eternal Star. I used that to my advantage, grabbing certain colors and using many different brushes, and it's turned out exceptionally great. The best drawing of space I'll probable ever do.
