Calibrating Avatar Stuff

Hi.

Bhuster has been my avatar online in full for several years now. At least 3, maybe 4. I have aspects of my avatar outlined, and had other characters with him. I plan on delving into all of that, since this is a post involving this.

These characters were part of the same universe, whatever that is. I had always envisioned everyone collaborating in Bhuster's little plan on doing art or streaming or stuff. Bhuster has two forms: his Avatar form, and his Furry form. His furry form mimics his familiar Bramble's fur color and patterns, mostly. Up to and including the cut on her ear. CPU27 is Bhuster's computer robot thing, which is why he can stream and stuff.

Brustle has become her own character, separate from Bhuster. Now a maine coon cat, instead of whatever cat species Bramble and Furry Bhuster are. She pals around with Clara, and gathers together with Tinker the raccoon, Libra the fox, Winchester the grizzly bear, Oliver the st. bernard, Willow the wolf, and Magus the lynx.

I've completely separated the universe where Brustle and her friends reside from my avatar's universe. In addition, I've changed some things about Bhuster himself.

Bhuster is a mage, if that wasn't obvious. He has mana from which he can cast many spells. He mostly enjoys engaging in media, like art and music and video games, stuff like that.

Mostly because I'm getting tired of drawing his furry form, and also because I'm no longer wanting it as part of him, he has no alternate form. You get what you see.

He is mainly a fan of fire, wind, electric, and shadow magic. If he's not using magic to fight, he'll most likely be using either a hammer, an axe, or a hammaxe.

With his familiar Bramble, he takes on the aloof, goofy, and chill mage. He can rest easy knowing that his familiar has got his back. However, if his familiar gets hurt real bad, he will become enraged.

Bramble is the familiar of Bhuster. In a rite of passage, Bhuster initiated a ritual to split his soul and create a magical body for it to possess. That is how Bramble came to being. She is essentially half of Bhuster, but has garnered her own personality from the role she takes within the mage-familiar relationship.

She likes to dissect media to see how they work, though sometimes she misses the point. That doesn't deter her though, she's always learning. Music is her favorite to do this with, especially when the music comes from another set of media.

For the most part, she is the smarts of any operation Bhuster does, and is generally the responsible one. However, she is only as smart as Bhuster is, and it tends to fluctuate a lot. She can mentally communicate with Bhuster, to share notes and such. They can't do this over long distances, as the souls need to be in relative proximity. She can also speak out loud, but that's if she needs to do the negotiating.

If needed, Bhuster can put Bramble into a pocket-dimension of sorts. She can be summoned from it, and dismissed back into it. Due to her body being made of magic, if she gets mortally wounded, she immediately spawns into the pocket-dimension to have her body get mended by Bhuster's mana.

The only spells she can cast are either area-of-effect spells, or enchanting herself to become imbued with a particular element. Her favorites are the fire and shadow magic.

Bhuster and Bramble work best as a team, with Bramble being the brains and Bhuster being the brawn (so to speak). While Bramble keeps aware of their surroundings, Bhuster is charging in. Bhuster has the ability to strategize, but Bramble's plans are more blunt and simple, which work better than artful, complicated ones. In a fight, Occasionally Bhuster will send Bramble flying into the opponent for her to bite and scratch, but on rarer occasions Bramble will be the one to launch Bhuster into an opponent. Neither Bhuster nor the opponent enjoy this, but it works, so he isn't complaining too much.

CPU27 is the "computer" that Bhuster uses for stuff. It is a golem that is made out of metal and circuits. They also come with a lot of stuff that they can extend out of their main tv-esque body. This includes: a helicopter propeller, a stand with wheels, and a set of spindly legs.

It is often the cause of Bhuster's bad RNG in video games. They do this for fun, but they also occasionally wig out, due to being around Bhuster's aura.

Despite all this, it doesn't hate Bhuster, and has continued to be Bhuster's PC. They have the ability to be a snarky piece of shit without having to worry about being reprogrammed or tossed in the dump.

This being is currently known as Shade. It's a force of darkness, generally taking on a form relevant to the being it currently stalks. It looks almost identical, but has a bit messier of an appearance. That pales in comparison to its major changes, where it becomes monochrome, and its eyes become a full red color. It also moves unnaturally, with some likening it to a puppet.

This particular shade has taken on the form of Bhuster. It copies a lot of the physical aspects of him, making it extremely durable. Fortunately, its only form of magic is shadow, but being made of pure darkness, it has a boost with its magic.

No one knows why this one keeps following Bhuster, but he doesn't mind. It gives him some chaos in his life.

Bridget is a friend of Bhuster's. A fan of outdoor activities, but likes to read on occasion. Is currently getting into video games. She constantly has to deal with Bhuster's and Bramble's shenanigans.

She prefers guns and bows when fighting, but is also proficient with a sword. Her tactics are swift and practical, with no room for nonsense. Surprisingly, she wins only half the battles she has with Bhuster, which she chalks up to his familiar and magic usage.

She is still having struggles keeping up with whatever Bhuster does.

An elder in Bhuster's family, with an obsession for knowledge of life, the universe, and everything. While he isn't a mage (and therefore doesn't have mana), he does have an intricate understanding of magic, and how to control it as if he has mana. This is mostly done by the ruby his staff holds.

He uses magic for everything, even when he isn't in battle. It doesn't matter what kind of magic it is, he will use it. However, in his old age, he can't risk getting hit by anything.
